Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We try to offer the best cost/benefit shipping options. We understand that international shipping can be expensive, especially from Australia. If you're unsure about costs or would like to check which service is the most appropriated for your needs, just contact us.

How long does shipping take?

COVID-19 Update: May/2020
Due to the COVID-19 travel ban Australia Post has suspended all standard international letters and parcels. For this reason only express services is currently available for international addresses. Please note that delays might still occur for any shipping option.

It varies according to the destination address and the selected shipping service. The most affordable option is based on Standard Mail Service provided by Australian Post. This option does not offer on-line tracking and the items will normally reach an Australian address within 5 business days. International destinations will normally take between 7 and 20 business days.

Note that remote locations, like rural and country areas, might take additional time. Also during peak season or in countries where customs service are over-loaded this period might be slight longer.

The Express shipping option will provide on-line tracking and a much shorter delivery time, which varies from country to country. The express shipping is provided by Australian Post or DHL, depending on the destination. If you have urgency, please use express shipping option or contact us to get a quote for a courier service like DHL, Fedex and UPS.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the products will be dispatched using the Standard Mail Service. Otherwise you still have the option to use the Express shipping.

How about importation Taxes?

Each country charges imported goods in different ways. Make sure you're aware of any possible importation tax or duties your order might be subject to. Please be aware that any importation tax or duty are buyers' responsibility and it's not included in the sales price.

For your reference all international orders will be shipped together with the required custom forms, normally CN22 or CN23. All forms and documentation will be filled using the real product description and order price, which might be converted to a different currency (Australian Dollars). For larger parcels we'll also attach the shipping invoice containing all order details.

Split Shipping

To offer the reasonable postage costs we do not split the shipping by default. If necessary, you can place multiple orders consecutively.

This is particularly important in case your order contains products in "pre-order". In this case your order will be only dispatched when the "pre-order" product is available. In this situation please consider placing two independent orders.

Returns

We're a fair and reasonable business. Please make sure you understand our Refund/Cancellation Policy before purchasing from our store. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Before Shipping

We're happy to cancel any order up to USD 200.00 (excluding shipping) in case the products haven't been shipped yet. We'll issue a full refund, including shipping costs, minus any fee that might incur as part of the refunding process (for example from Credit Card processing company or PayPal).

After Shipping

If you change your mind after your order has been shipped or after being received, we'll refund up to USD 200.00 (excluding shipping) within 30 days after we receive the items back.

Please note that this claim must be made no later than 30 days after you received the products. All items must be returned in the same condition you received it, including packaging, parts and accessories. The original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Additionally a 20% re-stock fee plus any payment processing fee (for example from Credit Card processing company or PayPal) will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

The returning shipping costs as well the delivery guarantee is buyer's responsibility. For this reason we recommend using a postal service with tracking and/or proof-of-delivery as items can be lost in transit.

Damaged Items

All products are individually tested and most will have test report associated to individual serial numbers. We cannot issue a refund/replacement for damage caused by misuse.

It's important to note that electronic products are extremely sensible and should be handled with care. Most of the items sold in this store are intent for development and experimentation usage, for that reason extra care should be take to avoid static-discharges and over-voltage or over-current damage.

We're happy to provide replacement or proportional refund for any DOA (dead-on-arrival) as well for incorrect order fulfillment from our side. In case your package arrives damaged, make sure you lodge a written complain with your local post and get in contact with us as soon as possible so we can find find a reasonable solution.
